Can I pick up in Vancouver?
Yes! Local pick up is in North Vancouver. Centrally located just off highway one. Our studio address is 103-173 Forester Street.
Pick ups are available during retail hours. Please only come once you have received your “order ready for pick up” email.
Can I combine my order with a friend or add to my order?
Yes! we can fit about 6 plants per box (sometimes less if larger plants - sometimes more if smaller). The code “combineshipping” will remove the shipping cost from any additional order(s). If your order exceeds the max amount of plants in the box we will reach out and let you know how much the additional shipping cost is.
How do I know my plants will arrive safely?
We send your plants via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS and recommend using Purolator overnight to guarantee your delivery. We package carefully with the plants wellbeing always as our top priority.
When will my order ship?
We ship Mondays and Tuesdays only. During large restocks it may take 2 weeks for us to fulfill all orders. Orders are shipped out in the order they are received.
USA SHIPMENTS: Processing times may be up to 14 days as we are required to send with a phytosanitary certificate. CFIA will come to inspect your plants before they are sent. We batch orders weekly for inspection. Cut off for same week inspection (and shipping the following week) is Tuesday at 12 noon PST. Any orders placed after that will be inspected the following week (7-10 day processing)
Does my plant require any special care when I receive it?
It is normal for plants sent in the mail to be a bit sad. I mean would you like being kept in a dark box for a few days or more? Probably not! Droopy leaves and dry soil is normal. Give your new plant a good drink, a warm corner and lots of bright indirect light. It's sure to bounce back in no time. AVOID repotting the plant for a few weeks to allow it to recover.
Due to the living nature of our products all sales on plants are final and we do not offer returns once the plants have been picked up or shipped.
If you have any concerns about your plants upon arrival you must send us an email including pictures within 24 hours. We cannot offer any compensation after this time.
If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel your order a 15% restocking fee applies. SWEET DEAL plants are not eligible for refund.
We can not be held responsible for any damage to the plants due to shipping delays or mishandling of the box once it has left our shop. Shipping is at the risk of the buyer.
